We comply with the new GDPR (the General Data Protection Regulation, 25 May 2018)

You will be asked to provide personal information when ordering musical scores available on our website. The purpose of us processing this data is to provide optimum customer service in delivering our sheet music to you by mail or email.

We will keep your data securely for a minimum of 6 years.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

Delivery Policy
All orders for hard copies are sent within 48 hours unless the order was made on weekend or during holidays.

Shipping Policy
Irina Gorin is not responsible for lost packages if they were shipped but displaced by the post offices, or if the wrong shipping address was entered at the time of purchase. In these situations, a new order must be placed.

Ordering with Priority Mail within the US will make shipping more reliable and safer.

Refund / Cancellation Policy
We are happy to refund your purchase of books bought as hard copies if you are not completely satisfied. Books will need to be returned in the perfect condition and shipment must be paid by you. Please contact us with your purchase number. Refund will be processed within 10 days from the receipt of the books.

Customer is refunded for returned materials after materials are received by seller, if they are returned within 30 days after customer’s delivery and are in original condition. Return shipping fees are not refundable.

Customer is fully refunded (including the shipping fee) if items are damaged because of the seller’s fault, after presenting the prove of an issue within 30 days of customer’s delivery. Damaged items must not be returned.

Custom Fees for International Orders

We are not responsible for custom fees.

Digital Sales 

All digital sales are final. Single Print PDF scores must be printed and play-along tracks downloaded within 7 days of purchase.
